FIGHTER, a documentary, featuring Randy Couture received the “Best Documentary” award at the 2006 Foundation for the Advancement of Independent Films (FAIF) International Film Festival awards gala here Friday night. The film premiered Friday, October 6 at the world famous Mann’s Chinese theater in Hollywood, Ca.

Couture was a champion wrestler prior to becoming a legend in Mixed Martial Arts. He was a four-time U.S. Nationals champion in Greco-Roman, and competed in four World Championships for the United States. He was a 1991 Pan American Games champion.
